I'm a Girl 13 turning 12 years old this year (2009)
I am in the majority of 89-91 kilos
4'11 yards from 5 yards '0
I have love handles
and a little fat stomach
System and training works for me:
(I do it 7 times per week for 1 hour)

Cuisine:

Breakfast: a small piece of fried chicken
Snack: Apples and Peanut Butter
Lunch: Oranges and Yogurt
Snack: Bannanas
Dinner: Salad or rice with meat
Snack: Fruit

Exercises:

1 / 2 hour run
100 crunches (curl UPS) (15 min.)
25 Twist (turning from right to left) (5 min)

It helps me get on the scale and to lose my love handles?
PLEASE I'm so in presribe a pill because of the age or the cause or even surgery I do not do things

What has helped you lose love handles

    Running is best for you!

    Try to eat more vegetables and whole grains in the diet of carbohydrates in the morning (and to avoid carbohydrates at night)
