Boutique Pet Shop I Need Some Help Resolving An Argument With A Local Pet Shop?

I need some help resolving an argument with a local pet shop? - boutique pet shop

I bought a parrot in the local pet store yesterday and the person working there told me that the talking parrot. I returned home and did nothing. I took her to the pet store and told the man at the counter of the bird had been purchased in this store, very, very dead. He called me a liar! I can not believe it!

This man sold me a dead parrot, and in my attempt to return, he called me a liar! The bird is definitely dead!

Thus, users of Yahoo Answers, how do I get a refund for defective products, which have sold?

Thanks in advance!

Uh, how can observe that the bird was dead when you bought it? Birds move and make noise and dead birds are permanently in the rule. Are you sure you do not die of bird after the sale?

The degree can speak some of the parrots parrots imitate human speech, but less skilled, most parrots do not imitate people.

This question has no meaning. You have to speak a bird from a store, and they promised, so that at the time was, if not, and die only accidentally. Sounds suspicious to me.
